Saw it at the boutique. I think Apple Watch has got better graphic display.
I'm sure their first preference was to partner with Apple, but Apple is no bueno with not having full and complete control over everything. Never played well with others. I can't get past the fact that the technology is going to make this $2500+ Piece obsolete on 2-3 years. Resale value will plummet as a result. This is so sad because from a hardware perspective, they are gorgeous and the faces are so much better than the current Apple Watch faces.

Here is the Reveal ! Got the watch with a Matte Black Alligator Strap that i purchased separately as the SO wanted a pink rubber strap . Managed to sync it with my phone within a few minutes and so far it has been running well! Battery has not been a problem. Managed to survive 5 Hours pre-charged from the store and finally died when i got home . The faces are really a sight to behold in reality and being able to have a mon-monogram design on the watch is very very unique. Of course, i have a long way to learning the full functionality of the watch , but so far, all i can say is you have to try it on your wrist before making any decisions. I am someone who loves watches and not a huge fan of Smartwatches, but LV has managed to get me to purchase one to use. The last photo is the photo of the strap the SO picked. Many many choices and I am sure to another strap in the near future.IMG-20170712-WA0003.jpg IMG-20170712-WA0005.jpg IMG-20170712-WA0010.jpg IMG-20170712-WA0001.jpg IMG-20170712-WA0009.jpg

I've got the shiny silver one and my gf got the brushed one!
It looks and feels luxurious.
Sadly the shorter strap isn't available yet since the London flagship store did not receive the shipment they expected.
Anyways first impression I kinda prefer it over my apple watch for now. :D

Would you mind to share what's the long blue thing in the middle? I think my SA forgot to give
it to me..

Went to the launch event at London Bond Street Maison last night. Had a long play with the watch and absolutely loved all the functions. If you're looking for a full equivalent to the iwatch you'll be disappointed but that's not the market they're looking to compete with.

What they have introduced is a really good smart watch designed for travelling and everyday. It does the normal functions of alerting you if you get a call, text or email and you can read them on the watch. Using gps it will let you know restaurants and shops near you and a map. One of the cool functions is it will keep a record of your flight plans giving you a countdown and also updating you on the departure time and gate number. Once you get to your destination, if you don't have a suitable charging plug you can go to any lv store and they will give you one free of charge. My question to them about the longevity of the watch with regards to being obsolete was answered with the fact that the watch was not designed to only have a life of 2 years. System updates will be rolled out and more apps etc added to keep it relevant.

I've only given a very short assessment as it has so many cool functions. I can definitely see one on my wrist soon.

Congratulations for getting the watch. I was at the event last night too. It was a fun event, they always throw a good party. [emoji16]

One thing I don't like is the wall plug feels very cheap LOL

The charging cable comes with 2 protective 'clochettes' (monogram/ damier graphite) which adds a luxurious touch.

Just returned from the San Diego launch party. The watches are gorgeous. However, the display is quite large/deep. It overpowered my wrist, but I can't wait to see my husband try one on.
