So, I got my watch finally....and I was able to set it up using the Android Wear app....I am attempting to connect the LV Pass app to my watch and when I try, it says the watch is already paired. But when I go to use the LV apps, it says that I need to activate it. Anyone had this issue? I am on an iPhone X.

Looking at the tutorial again, it says from a watch face swipe from right to left, then go to Add More Watch Faces. Add the 24 Hours watch face and select it. It will prompt on the watch to tap the link icon to link to the LV Pass app. From the watch swipe through the instructions until the last step shows a QR Code. Open the LV Pass app, click the Scan button on the lower right and use the phone to scan the QR Code on the watch. That should link the watch and the LV Pass app.

Thanks for that. I just tried and it still gives me the error. An ERROR 2002. Looks like I’ll need to called watch tech support.

For what it’s worth, I just changed from IPhone 6 (where Watch was originally paired) to IPhone X. After trying to re-pair for awhile with new phone, I deleted and reloaded Android Wear, and put the watch back to factory settings. Re-paired without any problem. Had to reload some WiFi passwords and personalized watch faces, but saved a ton of aggravation! There’s probably a more high tech, proper way to re-pair, but this worked easily for me.

And you had no problem pairing with LV Pass?

No. Where it seemed to get hung up was with Android Wear. I couldn’t get it to “unrecognize” my old phone. With reloaded Android Wear and taking Watch back to factory settings it worked great - like starting over at ground zero.

Ah. Okay.

Yeah I’m having a different issue. I have no problem setting up the watch with Android Wear, but when I go to pair with LV Pass (so I can use City Guides and the expanded watch faces) it gives me an error saying that it’s already paired.

This might sound nuts, but what about deleting and reloading LV Pass? Starting the whole set up over at ground zero? Other issue I had initially was not having a Google account. Always been an Apple user, so never had one. I couldn’t get new watch faces without one. If I remember correctly, the set up had to be done on the 24 Hour Watch face. Tech is so much fun, but equally frustrating! Good luck!! Post some pictures when you’re up and running!

Not too nuts at all. I may give that a shot....deleting all the apps on my phone, and factory restoring the watch and just downloading apps as they request it. Luckily I hadn't customized it too much.

Had a similar issue with the Tambour Horizon where the watch would keep resetting itself and overheat when charging. I was one month outside the 2-year warranty.

Went into LV and met with the SA I purchased from and right away he offered to swap my old Tambour Horizon for the current generation version. He said it would be like I purchased a brand new watch so it comes with a new two-year warranty.

Does anyone have the new one ? I heard they upgraded the battery life and it syncs better with iPhone now - I really like the look of it and don’t have a smartwatxh so am thinking of getting one

I had a generation one watch that I bought in the fall of 2017. It started to not hold a charge and get really hot when I was trying to charge it so I took it into my local Louis Vuitton store. After their tech expert inspected it, they replaced it with a brand new current generation watch! I did not expect that at all, but I am so happy with the outcome. The new generation watch seems to work much more smoothly and interface better with my iPhone.
