I was very disappointed on LV when I saw these price increases. They are basically telling everyone “we don’t give a freaking damm if the world is suffering financially. We want what we want. If you can afford great, if not, peace out!” These companies forget that WE ARE their livelihood and their success. This is a slap on the face. I am not buying anything any time soon

I’m not going to sit here and act like I keep LV afloat, however these prices are getting out of control and the quality is WAY down. I got a PSM in January and noticed 3 weeks later that it was peeling and the stamp on the front tab is hardly even there. I purchased a key pouch in feb and there was a huge indent across the canvas so I had to send it back and reorder.. I am currently stalking the reverse card holder but I am done after this. Wayyyy better deals with Gucci and YSL with the department store sales etc, it’s really disappointing how many times and how much they have increased prices.


Also I’ve noticed a lot of new coach bags that are beautiful and their quality looks muchhhh better than LV. I probably won’t purchase anything from coach but I wish I could get back into their items between the prices and quality!

Yes, these price increases seem very insensitive now. I just purchased a neonoe in the monogram and pink from fashionphile for $1295 plus tax in excellent condition, so I hope I love it, cause I'm not paying $1780 for a new one.

Next on my list to buy was the petite noe. It's listed at $1400 us now, but does anyone remember what it was? I think it was either $1300 or $1300 something. I can't remember.

And yes this makes me want to move on from LV, but then part of me wants to hurry up and buy all I can before they raise them again.

Petis Noe was $1,290 January 1, 2020.

I feel you!!!!
I had the petit noe in my basket yesterday before the price hike and just couldn't justify a panic buy ... :sad: now its +50€ :annoyed:
I still want it but I bought so much lately that I have to pause for some weeks/months ...

I also feel like I have to rush to get my wishlist stuff before they rise again and at this point I am certain they will even again this year .

It’s terrible that you have to constantly stalk their items too and sometimes you can’t even get it before another price increase! They released the card holder not even a week ago and I have not been able to get one and they already increased the price! Super annoying!!

I also bought a key pouch in feb that had an indent on the canvas- it was pretty subtle though so I kept it. But so weird to hear someone else experienced the same around the same time! Unless I got your return :)

I am stunned by this price increase given they just had one a couple of months ago. Plus covid plus so many items listed online as call for availability. I’m glad I went all in last year - I am now super sure I should only purchase second hand or in France (whenever I get to return )

Wow, I can't believe that I managed to beat the price hike on 2 items. The rumours seemed to be that Europe was safe so I thought that I panicked bought for no reason. If I had known that the Victorine wallets wouldn't go up I would have gotten something else on my wishlist. I'm still shocked that they raised prices before the lockdown has been officially lifted and stores reopened. Leaves a very bad taste and impression all round to be honest.

I agree, it’s super annoying and frustrating! I’m after the coin holder in reverse as well. I just got released on friday and now a price increase? How bad is that? And the item isn’t even available for purchase!
