I agree, it’s super annoying and frustrating! I’m after the coin holder in reverse as well. I just got released on friday and now a price increase? How bad is that? And the item isn’t even available for purchase!
Exactly. At this point LV is making their potential customers go through resellers, smh.

If youre going to increase your prices atleast have items in stock, wtf.

Yes and the resellers are charging the same if not more for used items cause they know they aren’t easy to get. The amount of reverse card holders I’ve see being sold already for double the price is making me so mad! They should limit it to one for an item like that. I saw the same person sell 2!! I’m sick of LV !!

Yes, this is the 3rd price increase this year if I'm not mistaken.

Mini pochette accessoires was 230 / 235 euros last week and now it's 245 euros
Pochette Métis reverse was $1800 in Jan and now is $2050
Alma bb epi leather was 1150 euros at the end of 2019 and now is 1270 euros

And there are also rumours that Chanel will also increase their prices very soon!

The constant price increases are crazy. When you look at it over the last few years, particularly. Looking at my purchase history with LV, I bought a Neverfull GM in 2012 and it was £510. It's now £1090 after the latest price increase. Is the addition of a removable pouch really worth the cost of the bag more than doubling in eight years? By nature most luxury goods increase in price, but it's a shame it's by so much and that the quality seems to decrease as the cost goes up. My Keepall 45 Bandouliere was £845 in 2012, and the same bag is now £1400.

I feel that the quality of some of the current pieces doesn't reflect the prices at all. I've been gravitating more towards vintage pieces, which often feel better made and more durable.

I love my current LV collection, and have been buying for many years, but I think I'm glad that I'm pretty content with what I've got. If I add any more pieces I feel it'll most likely be via the preloved market.

Am I right in thinking LV had a price increase just a month or 2 ago now it looks as though there has been another

too soon.....

That’s what I noticed too because I’ve been checking the online store for mini pochette daily. Two - three months ago I noticed a price increase and I was shocked when there was another increase yesterday. LV stores in Singapore had been closed since early April, most of the popular bags are not in stock online anyway and they actually increased prices amidst this pandamic and huge job losses.

Very uncool!

I remember when I bought my Speedy 25 it was like 620 bucks I think. I bought the NF as soon as it came out and it was I think close to the price of what my speedy was. How times change.

I agree with you when it comes to vintage. I had a vintage Chantilly bag which I still kick myself for selling but it was just not a bag I used due to the size and the closure but it was so beautifully made.

Yes, I was arranging some stuff last night and found a receipt dated 2008 for a Speedy 25 which cost $620 CAD...
