May I ask which store did u go to?
I’m from Sydney Australia.
I’m in the US. I have a regular sales person. I texted her pics she said bring it in. They sent it out for repair which I was told would be a simple replace button. Couple weeks I was notified it was deemed defective and I received a credit. I was a little surprised because the chipping was really minor. I purchased a different wallet.

An update: I ended up sending an email to customer service and after a month, their manager approved for it to be replaced without charge.

Stunning!! I’m waiting patiently for my amarante Felicie to arrive in the post. This is my 3rd attempt at the Felicie- my first was the magenta- I cannot get use to the blue undertone. My second is the blossom- I find the combo too dark. Hopefully 3rd time lucky

Thank you, and I hope your new Felicie is perfect!!! Fingers crossed—3rd times the charm[emoji106][emoji106][emoji106].

Same Amarante—different lighting [emoji362]

Beautiful! I just picked up the Felicie in Amarante as well! :)

By the way, is there edge paint on your leather edges? I'm new to this, sorry if that's not the right term. My Felicie's edges are "raw"(though coloured) and I noticed this only after getting home. In contrast, my sister's Victorine wallet in Amarante Vernis has its edges painted. Hoping to ask someone who owns it, and I couldn't quite tell in the photos. The bag is from the Vancouver flagship store.

Hello Sip,

Welcome to TPF[emoji112][emoji112]

There’s lots and lots of LV experts on this forum, and they’re very happy to help with questions.

I think the edge paint you’re talking about is called glazing.

I’ve taken a couple of pictures to show you what it looks like on my bag:

In the 2nd pic, there’s very thin glazing on the leather part of the flap (but not on the binding fabric).

If you post pics of your Felicie’s “raw” edges, I think other members can chime in and let you know if your bag is normal or is defective. HTH!!
