I picked it up from the Bond Street Maison in London on the 2nd February. I’d reserved one before Christmas so was lucky enough to get the first one received. They didn’t get many in at all.

Congratulations on getting one and I’m sure you’ll love it.

Thank you! I don't think there were many available anywhere. First I checked NYC stores and when I called the 800 number, they told me they were sold out everywhere in the US.

Brand new empreinte Felicie in noir owner here. Forgive me if this has been covered already. I am tall...the 5'11" kind of tall. What are my options for extending the chain?? It's WAY too short. Please help. This is the perfect little bag for times when I only need my phone and lipgloss, etc.., but the chain situation is breaking my heart.

I use a bolt key holder from LV as an extender.

I got it a couple of years ago. It adds at least 3.5 inches to the length of the felicie chain. While still looking fancy [emoji4]

Hi everyone!
I bought a pochette felicie in empriente a year ago and since then the button has become loose within a year, so they fixed that. Not long after that the button discoloured into silver from gold! All this when the bag is less than 1 yr old. Does anyone else have this issue? I took it to LV and they said its wear and tear, its normal for it to discolour and they can't do anything about it. I'm quite disappointed because its my first LV piece and I've had bags/walletes from other designers, NONE had this issue within 1 yr, or this issue at all!

Yes, my Azur Felicie button lost its colour in under one year. I sold it that way though but had I taken it in I would have expected it to be a free of charge fix. Try another SA or store and you might get them to fix it. If not I'm sure it's a very small fee to fix if you can't get them to cover it.

I emailed customer service of LV and they only asked me which store I went to then ignored my follow up emails. I must say this is my first LV piece and will be my last. Such quality and customer service is appalling.

Nonsense can you take it to a different store or ask to speak to manager? I had a victorine wallet less than a year and button chipped coloring. They deemed defective and gave me full credit to either purchase a new one or anything else I wanted.
