Yeah I think by not paying tax that will save me a little bit of money because tax in Cali is almost 10%. I figured the prices would be about the same even though I was hoping since it was in Mexico it would be cheaper.

we are getting married in mexico this coming november and i was planning to visit the LV store in cancun..does anyone knows the price of neverfull and speedy there? thank you so much!

ok,since i didnt get any response for my question,i bought a international card and decided to call LV cancun :) for those who are planning to visit cancun in the near future, heres the prices of neverfull and speedy's


neverfull mm - 11000 mexican peso
neverfull gm - 11600
speedy 30 - 10400
speedy 35 - 10700

and the SA told me that you can get a 6.5 % taxback..u will have to fill up a form and submit at the airport check this link http://www.taxback.com.mx/
for those who lives in vancouver you will save a little( around 70-85 bucks) since we have ridiculous tax here! 12 % thats crazy! HTH have fun!

Just wondering if anyone has experiances of purchasing an lv bag from mexico. Are the prices lower or higher than us pricing. ALso are the products mainly MIU or MIF or MIS?

Hi all,

I have not been to Mexico in several years and am thinking about a return trip. I was hoping to maybe do some shopping there since I will be in Cancun and noticed they have an LV boutique. Does anyone know how prices compare to the US, if you can get VAT back, or how the selection is. From the pictures it looks like a rather large store so I am eager to hear what everyone has to say! :smile1:
