I think the bone and gray croc embossed are very simiar colors, though I agree that the gray is darker... and the areas where the croc-embossing is look a lot darker on the gray than on the bone (the underlying color on bone is almost a pale taupe bordering on ivory, whereas on the gray, it looks dark gray). So while both bags are gray-ish, the gray is dark and the bone is lighter. Just my opinion.
