Well march is pretty late to start looking for summer internship, so its not YOU, its that you started a bit late. Most people have to send in their applications bye January.

I panicked in the summer before my junior year as I wanted to do an internship since I was a sophomore but couldn't find one. I found one a couple weeks into summer but it wasn't too late and I'm still there today. Keep trying and apply to as many firms as possible, small or big.
