Just thought I would share my experience as well
Overall, I am super happy with what I walked away with, the selections were incredible!
Time slot: I did not realise so many people had struggled to book a slot, I was able to choose any time but I decided to go first thing on Monday morning.
The wait: I arrived at the venue 9am on the dot. Guess what? the lines were already forming and I had to wait a good 40 minutes to get to the cloak room.
Chosen route: shoes - silks - ready to wear - homeware (everyone should know this by now, once you get inside, you need to be running to the shoe section if there isn't a massive queue for that already. My SA provided me with very specific instructions and I cannot thank her enough for her advice).
Shoes: You can buy up to 6 pairs of ladies shoes including one oran sandals per person. I am blessed with small feet. It looked like they were having a war at size 37/38 corners. Having said that, for my size, which is 35.5, I purchased Oz mule black with GHW, Paris loafer black with PHW, Bastille sandals black with GHW. For my mother whose size is 37, I managed to get Royal loafer in gris argent, Trail sneakers also in gris argent and a pair of Oran sandals as well. So I actually got 6 pairs which is the maximum allowed but I was incredibly lucky as I've seen people just give up especially for the popular sizes. All shoes are 70% off. The price was ridiculously good.
Silks: Dragging six pairs of shoes on the floor (trust me, they become so heavy on your shoulders!) all of which come in the regular orange box we're all familiar with I was faced with a mountain of silks at the ladies silks corner. Luckily, I am the most arduous student in Hermes silks so I can quickly recognise patterns which helped me pick out what I want fairly easily. I think all scarves are 50% off and you can have up to 7 items (I'm not too sure on this). My favourite artists, Robert Dallet and Alice Shirley's works were plenty to be found and I was so giddy with happiness as I plucked them out one by one from the pile.
Ready-to-wear: oh my god I've never seen such huge hangers and so many pieces all together in one place. Everything is organised by size and compared to all other sections you will find peace and quiet here. I've only looked at specific pieces in size 34/36 but there seemed to be plenty available in all other sizes as well. I got a silk long sleeve cardigan in green, and two silk-wool blend sweaters in brown and black.
Homeware: there was a good selection of cushions, blankets, and dishes. I debated whether I should get the popular diaper bag (I think it's actually called that), there was one available but I decided against it. There were quite a few pouches if anyone is interested.
Checkout: you have to form a separate queue which can be quite long and I was nearly dying at this point. After around 40 minutes, finally swiped my credit card, back to the cloak room to retrieve my bag and jacket and finally my shopping was done. All in all, it was all worth it for me as I came home with incredible items at such amazing prices.
