Wow the stories are quite amazing. I guess the organisation will hopefully improve with time and experience and we can all have a much better event to attend in future. Never having been to a sale in the UK, I can’t comment on the ones before living memory.

When I lived in SG, each boutique had their own sale stock, my SAs would put aside RTW and shoes because frankly not many other clients could fit into the remaining shoes in size 35 and RTW in 34. That’s how I got my Jumpings at 70% and I guess this is normal boutique based sales, like Chanel. One day I might take up my SA’s offer to go to the Paris one.
Back to topic, it is in a way a pity it was outsourced as one would expect professional organisers to really get it right from the start. I am totally surprised they did not have timed exits. For those who managed, congrats! Thanks for sharing your finds.
