Loewe will be getting some returns though to fulfill some orders with special packaging though. People started getting their packages early/mid this week and the return window is closing soon for those purchases. Personally, I am returning my bags from Loewe directly unopened because I was able to pick them up from elsewhere for enough of a discount that I was OK with going though with the hassle and foregoing the special packaging.
Anybody had any issues with returning to Loewe directly? I noticed on the return info it said packages are not insured for a return so if anything is lost or damaged you are basically SOL. I wonder if DHL will sell insurance separately from the return shipping provided by Loewe--if anybody knows please post otherwise I will try to find out from DHL directly.
