Like most of Loewe IT it's a total toss up! The bear strap and bauble should have already arrived, but they cancelled the first order for no apparent reason. My SA got the order restored, everything shipped yesterday, I only got the arrival/delivered notice of the bauble but on her end she's saying both have arrived for my pickup. So maybe a one day turn around? But I won't know until tomorrow when I can pick up.
With the bear puzzle being a total whiff I asked her to do an order for the kuma scarf (only online availability of all things) tonight Asia time but I'm leaving tomorrow evening so it's kind of a hail mary.
Sidebar, ionno if it's just me but Ginza associates are terrible between this episode, an HMC pickup and a previous experience in 2022. I'm not sure if it's just a snooty Ginza thing like how Chelsea in London is just a zone of avoidance but Omotesando pre-remodel was such a contrast and much more pleasant experience. I'm hoping I didn't just jinx by saying that lol

Oh boy, I hope you get that Kuma scarf! It's so precious! Similar thing happened to me with my JP items. I think hey all arrived???? I got a bunch of shipment notifications but on my account they say they're still in preparation so.... idk is my best guess loll.
That's unfortunate to hear. A huge part of the reason I am shopping luxury is to receive impeccable customer service and care. I'm not paying $$$$ just to be treated like I'm not good enough. I'm already treated like that at work, I don't want to pay money for that 😂. To be fair though I've seen a lot of people have problems with Loewe client service in general especially around the pandemic time.
i received my panda flamenco and i'm having mixed feelings about it as well - have you decided whether you'll keep yours? something about the leather feels thin(?) though it's incredibly soft. i dont have another flamenco to compare it to but from what i recall, i remember thinking the leather on the flamenco at the store was a lot more "squishy" and lush feeling. hmmm...
This is my exact feeling too, I’m not sure it’s going to hold up over time. Negative on the bear scarf, they called me to apologize that they only shipped it in the afternoon today with no possibility of arrival until tomorrow morning. The phone agent got an earful of all the pear shaped happenings but I doubt Ginza will change.
Snagged a photo of the tote during pickup. The canvas has a solid stiffness to it which creates really interesting shapes.
FYI anyone visiting, the cookie shop in the during-remodel-temporary Omotesando space is only open Thurs to Sunday

Did you end up picking up the tote yourself? I'm literally so tempted to make another JP order. My self control is crumbling haha 😅
Loewe acts like it’s bound by rules when really rules don’t particularly exist. I’ll never know why Omotesando canceled the first order delivery to store (so, not even coming out of their stock) that set off the panic and then restoration of the order and a puzzle reservation which stopped me from ordering the scarf. Since the scarf has to be JP exclusive they’ll never bend that “rule”.
I’m gonna browse the Haneda T3 location but I have the bear strap. Plus the savings can be spent elsewhere. I want that Guinea fowl sweater and the penguin puzzle but I don’t feel like rewarding anyone for the indifference to service recovery lol.
Did you have trouble attaching the lemur charm to your bag? The charm is bigger than I expected and I'm having trouble figuring out how to attach it onto a bag ... EDIT: Nevermind, I guess I have to lower the lemur a bit to get enough slack to pull the lemur through the loop.

I love Loewe RTWs and find I wear them more often than the Loewe bags themselves. I agreed that comparing to Totoro and previous Ghibli collection, the quality of leather goods is not as good as before. But the animal patterns are irresistible.I have also been told the pop-up book will be sent as part of Loewe Holiday gift in December.
I got the panda mini puzzle too but mine has a notable amount of creasing.. does yours have it too? I was told by the SA that it is normal. It’s my first bag in satin calfskin
I haven‘t collect my pieces yet, as I am currently away for a week vacation. But I had similar problems with two Ghibli charms and did something similar as you did now… That is why I did not changed my charms up once they were on. Too lazy too fuss with it.
Otherwise how do you like your lemur charm? Can‘t wait to see mine irl (6 days to collect!)!
Got the lemur SLG today that I ordered from the site on the 15th. It was all my budget could allow in the midst of a large home renovation. The packaging is adorable.

My panda wallet arrived! It is my first piece with marquetry and my first experience with satin calfskin. So far, so good. I had my SA delay shipping until they received speciality packaging- I guess it arrived later to the states. She said they didn’t receive any boxes but I’m happy with the shopping bag. I was totally debating the bracelet in calfskin but was a little worried about the sizing, since I’m assuming there is no closure or anything of the likes.
Would you happen to guesstimate about what wrist size it was optimally designed for since you got it in hand? How are you liking it yourself?
