I have received the online order. Unpacking these boxes is work of its own-quite tiring! Each box comes with a book with two sets of stickers. I love Loewe RTWs and find I wear them more often than the Loewe bags themselves. I agreed that comparing to Totoro and previous Ghibli collection, the quality of leather goods is not as good as before. But the animal patterns are irresistible. :heart: I have also been told the pop-up book will be sent as part of Loewe Holiday gift in December. :smile:

I am so sad. I got my lemur bag today and it has two big scratches on it. If you got this bag, would you return it?
I contacted customer care already and I'll check for their reply tomorrow.
My shipment only came with the decorative box but no fun tissue paper or extras I see that some of you posted.

I am so sorry for this disappointing experience. The packaging is part of that! Regarding the scratches, I would exchange for a non-marked bag and highlight exactly the reason why. I personally wouldn't keep this bag even if it were less expensive. They failed the QA.

That's a HUGE scratch near the bottom! I wonder if they sent you a display bag... So sorry this happened to you. I think you should definitely return it and also mention that you didn't receive any of the extras.

You can exchange to a new one! Earlier this year I ordered the Heen mini puzzle from MyTheresa and it was a really poor condition with scratches everywhere. The newly exchanged one looked so much better. The two bags of the same model can be completely different and that’s the downside of buying online because you can’t pick and choose. But good news you can exchange or return.

The top scratch looks salvageable, but the bottom one is really deep to the point I don't think you can fix it. Definitely would not keep this bag no matter the price! (Maybe if it's free lol)

The same thing happened with my black Calcifer puzzle. I was desperate and purchased in store but when I got there, there were only 2 bags left: the display model and 1 new one. The display one was supposedly reserved for me but it had many shallow scratches and the flap was already creasing. But when I inspected the new one it had a very deep scratch in it so much the SA who helped me advised strongly against it. So I took the display model and fixed up the scratches/creases myself.

Happy to share pics and how I fixed them up, but scratches like the top one you can easily get out. But when the leather has actually been damaged like the bottom one that should be an immediate exchange or return.

Another huge con about satin calfskin I also forgot to mention: It is EXTREMELY sensitive to pressure marks. As in you leave the bag on the wrong surface for more than 1hr or store it incorrectly that's it, you might as well have scratched it. It's just as fragile as lambskin and less forgiving. You can remove the pressure marks, but only to an extent and they don't come out as easily as superficial scratches. I legit store my satin calfskin a specific way, but I can throw my classic calfskin any which way and it'll be fine (exaggerating a bit but you get what I mean). Something to consider for those of you on the fence about satin calfskin.

How’s the quality on eveyone’s dice charms? I got my online order today and I’m disappointed over the quality of the painting of the panda. Part of me feels like its adds to the uniqueness of my charm but on the other hand it just looks sloppy): even the dice charm on the site looks uneven…

Finally got my panda mini flamenco too. It’s my first ever purchase from the local boutique and was such a good experience with the brand. The SA was so sweet. She also gave me the big iced cookie in the tin, panda and penguin coasters, penguin pop up book and postcard, panda placemat, and extra paper bags.

Am really loving the bag! Would have never thought to buy a green bag but this is so cute! It also fits more than I expected!

I'm pretty sure because I sassed about the state of this wrinkly squashed bear puzzle, it's the one that got reserved for me. Apparently the only one in Tokyo and before this there was a weird kerfuffle of trying to online order to store for this and a variety of other items. Bear puzzle just wasn't gonna happen! They were shocked that I rejected the bag but what isn't shown is that the deer and the dog are odd colored and there's scratches in the lower left corner by the flower. Given the annoyance of satin calf, I think I'm rather at peace with the decision being made for me.

Yikes! Btw how long did the order take to reach the store? I’m trying to decide whether to order the beanie for in store pick up but am afraid I’ll miss the window for my sis to pick up before she flies back.
