Does anyone here have experience with US Loewe's online/phone customer service? I accidentally put the wrong shipping state in the madness of checking out because I had separate shipping/billing addresses. Everything else on the address is correct including the zip code, and there's no street address in the wrong state that matches, but I'm still paranoid since it's such a large purchase. I've already emailed them with the update and am planning on calling tomorrow morning, but some reassurance that someone else has successfully changed a shipping address would be nice :') I found this old thread which, if still true, would be a huge bummer because the bag I ordered is now sold out

Also, thank you all sooo much for this thread, I got the date wrong and didn't think of Feb 1 being Jan 31 in the US, and wouldn't have caught anything today had I not lurked here first :love:
Update on this for anyone who had a similar issue! I just received a call from the same woman I talked to in Spain, who confirmed the shipping change went through to DHL and I should be receiving a shipping confirmation very shortly :yahoo: I've been getting soo antsy and worried about a cancellation, especially since I only bought one item (small black Calcifer puzzle) and decided to take my chances instead of double ordering from another retailer, so this has definitely calmed my nerves :')

Just FYI, the tracking numbers I got from the email earlier today do not match with what's on Loewe's website. From the email, it seems like 4 items were shipped in two separate shipments, but on the website each had their own DHL tracking number. The tracking numbers in the email were actually for previously shipped items two days ago.
