I was there around 11 and they only had the paper bags and tags. My SA looked so exhausted too! As someone in the little room was packing my stuff together she was ringing up customers back to back.
I didn’t get the tag on my bag but I saw a few other people with it on theirs. I forgot to ask too if they had anything. I was hoping we’d get posters/books/stickers like the people in Asia and UK got but I guess not.
Maybe earlier in the day they had but not too sure as I haven’t seen anyone post about it.

Super curious if my Turnip dice and Turnip charm will ship, or if I got phantom-stocked yesterday! :lol:

Ahh this makes sense :( I called and asked the Madrid store and they also said they weren’t doing themed boxes or the stickers or notebooks, so I’m a little sad, but I guess we still get some beautiful bags :)

No shipping updates from Loewe still - the calcifer furry sweater I ordered from Selfridges has shipped however. Ordered an L but am starting to doubt I can wear it after seeing it in person today at the Omotesando store (in S size).

Oh and the orange calcifer nugget hammock is FINALLY sold out on the official website.

a little horrified that everything is shipping separately, but i'm.so.excited to get everything. i've been stalking DHL every several hours lol and this forum to see everyone's photos of their items <3

My black calcifer slim zip bifold shipped! My orange cardholder/zip are still in prep though. Excited to get it in the mail! I’ve never been to Loewe in person since there aren’t any near me. Been debating a bit if I want to keep my Calcifer pieces (and which one(s)) because I keep thinking of the Magical Sky SLGs (even if I can’t get one at retail).

At what time did you call exactly? If you don't mind me asking.
Maybe they had some at the beginning of the day but run out of it very quickly?
Or they just never received any? (so weird considering it's SPAIN lol).

When I was there ~10 they were packing everyone's things with the bags, tags, and themed tissue paper. I didn't see/hear anything about stickers or notebooks but it was also a bit chaotic so I didn't ask.

My magical sky coin cardholder from Loewe presale shipped! I was so worried about it getting cancelled but looks like there's hope for everyone (@lilneko69 no hard feelings about you getting one of the ones from Saks! And thank you for sharing pics of your lovely collection :loveeyes:)
I'm based in the US (NYC) and placed my order at 8:16 ET the day of the presale if that helps. Also, I got separate emails about the cardholder and the charm I ordered but the DHL shipping number appears to be the same. EDIT: I just checked on the Loewe website and looks like the emails were wrong. The 2 emails I was sent linked to the same tracking number but the website links to 2 different ones so I guess they really are shipping everything separately.

I know I was thinking the same thing! I called an hour ago to confirm they had it, so Spain time around 3pm? Someone else other than the SA I ordered with picked up though, so I sent an email to double confirm :((

Ah! You called today! So maybe they had some boxes/stickers/notebooks yesterday during the launch but not anymore. Let's see what they say on your e-mail.
