Personally I’m into bright colours (I don’t own a single black bag) and loved that whole orange series of bags Loewe had in the summer(?) so orange with a Calcifer was an easy choice for me! I went back and put a second order in for the Markl nugget and I did consider the Calcifer one too so I have *options* but I know a small puzzle works for me and I fear a nugget may not (should really have gone to try one in the store before the presale, but never mind).

I think that should help! You can contact customer service to let them know. For me it was cancelled the next day. Was quite bitter about it. Haha. Then we became Loewe VIPs before the next collection dropped which resolved a lot of these issues lol.
I’ve not had issues with returns with Loewe. Very painless in my country (Singapore) and they work through DHL here, which means I can schedule a doorstep pickup which is super convenient.

You can try but Melbourne isn’t getting stock and the SA told me that even Sydney is getting EXTREMELY limited stock.

Did anyone snag the Sophie/Howl amazona? That was the bag I wanted the most. I wound up getting a few RTW - Calcifer wool jacket and trousers and the Magical Sky silk shortsleeved button down. I also got the calcifer charm. I was also hoping for the cow plushie bag or at least the cow charm but couldnt get those either. Here’s hoping I have luck with Selfridges. Also, hoping my orders dont get cancelled.

Returns question for people near stores - what was their returns policy like last year? For Spirited Away in Hong Kong I was told it was exchange only - I could return a piece for a different item, but I couldn't get a straight refund. I ended up with something I wouldn't have kept otherwise because there was no stock I could exchange it for (I like the item, but I bought it because everything else with that character on was sold out ... then later I managed to score the two items with that character on that I'd really wanted. A lesson in waiting for what you really want or letting it go!). That's one advantage of buying online for me - I can get a bag to try knowing it's easy to just send back if I don't want to keep it.
I am still laughing at what a wild ride the pre-sale site launch was for everyone here. Can’t wait to see everyone’s hauls!
