Hi everyone! First time ever posting! I bought a wallet and a strap on two separate orders.


I frantically bought the calcifer wallet first because that was my number one wish list item. Then I went back and actually shopped and bought the strap. After purchasing the strap I immediately got a confirmation email. I never got one for the wallet. Now I'm worried that the wallet will get cancled!! But the payment for the wallet is pending on my bank account.

Sorry I jusy need to rant and see if anyone is having the same thing happen to them?

As a teacher, this was so hard to work around - can't exactly do anything in class. :lol: I did get an order through for the small orange Calcifer puzzle, though, around an hour and a half after the presale was supposed to start. It's now an hour further on and that puzzle is still available, so I'm hoping that means no issues with stock for that order ... but I won't believe I'm actually getting it until it's in my hands!

I'm now debating a second order. The magical sky SLGs are sold out so it's down to Markl. Do I get the nugget even though I'll probably return it? The coin cardholder which I don't need but love? Or the charm which I also love but which seems incredibly expensive?

Was trying to get the Howl heel bag and magic star coin zip but after the site being crashed forever when finally in stock and added to my cart, it wouldn’t let me complete my order lol of course.

Happy for everyone who got to order, but for people who went irl in the past, how early do you recommend going? I was hoping to see the earrings and RTW too so I’m worried everything’s gonna be gone but don’t have the time to go like at 6am

Oh forgot to ask - did anyone else get a demand for an SSN or business number or something when placing their order? I couldn't proceed to payment without entering that, even though the info button said it was needed for a couple of countries and neither was mine. In the end I just entered 12345678 and it went through. Hope it's not an issue.

I thought it said that for a couple of countries OR if the amount was over something like 3000 euro? My order wasn't that big so I didn't need to enter it, you can probably double check with them via e-mail - I think it just delays customs processing if it's not the right number and it's actually needed

I only got this when I ticked bubble to request an invoice. I didn’t go through with purchase though

I did that with the SSN last year and it was fine.

Some business license numbers will be tax free imports and shippers like DHL will ask for that info, it's why they have that field. US CBP will also request that info if they flag shipments. But it's a little bizarre for a consumer goods website to request initially
