I'm confused too. I called the NYC Soho store and they said Thursday 2/2, but now I'm questioning myself if I heard correctly.

Are we getting thrown off because of the time difference? It was a global pre-sale online launch, and it is Feb 1st for some folks not stateside. Maybe the in-store launch is still Feb 2nd?

Last year when it sold out in the presale they didn’t replenish stock for the global launch. Based on the technical issues of the launch today I’m guessing nothing has changed haha. The best bet would be purchasing through Selfridges or in store.

Yes the NYC in store launch is still on Thu Feb 2nd. The store will be opening early at 9 am

official launch is 2/2, early access prelaunch is 2/1. For half of the globe, it is currently 2/1, and 1/31 for the other half. The official launch day in the US is 2/2.

In the “not long to go” email, it had an option to Add to Calendar. When I added the event, it automatically converted to my local date & time in Australia.

Before that, I had to Google conversion of times & date, so I wasn’t confused
