I made two orders and got order conformation email pretty quickly.
My email says "order received" and the order page in my profile says my items are in preparation. Neither means anything to me because last year the susu puzzle and bo cardholder were "in prep" for a week before they cancelled them
Went smoother than expected after that start .. 
I think if you don't have a physical store in your state then sometimes they don't charge sales tax

is your confirmation email titled "Your order PRD-XXXXXX has been received" ? Or does it say something else in the subject line?
I'm about to give up. It is still saying everything not available yet. 
I am super excited! I got every item on my wishlist!

Maybe try clearing your history/cache/cookies, or trying on another device? Sorry to hear this nonethelessI'm about to give up. It is still saying everything not available yet.
