I finally received the email but I'm so tired… Who came up with 1:00am CET on a weeknight as the drop time?? Just cruel lol. For those who ordered online last year, were you able to make returns or cancel the order?
I want to make an online purchase but might want to cancel if I can get it in store on launch day so that I could see the product firsthand.

I had a slight cosmetic error on my item I received last year and they gave me the option to return it online or in-store. I don't see anywhere that this collection is final sale so you should be able to follow Loewe's normal return policy. Cancelling you might have trouble with but Loewe's online support is always amazing and quick to respond.
Which items are online exclusives other than the orange Calcifer puzzles? Is the candle also an online-exclusive item?

Actually I love some of the RTW, but those are so ridiculous expensive, I always thing that a bag or SLG is a better investment.

I believe it all goes on sale the next day as well...I still haven't got my email and I'm getting worried
If I don't get it does anyone know what my chances will be of getting bags/slgs in general release online the next day? Do they hold anything back or does it all go in presale?
I was able to get my candle the next day (but no SLGs like I wanted).
Is the Calcifer puzzle (in small or mini) available tan or caramel, or both? Based on the pics, I think it's just tan?
I like how the orange warms nicely with the tan, but then black seems safe too and Calcifer really pops against the black.
