I think for SA we were limited to 3 items total - this included items that were returned or orders made at a later time. I got the email maybe a few minutes before and was able to check out within half an hour, but it was super slow loading for everything.

I wonder if they send out in the order people signed up - if you signed up earlier, you get the link earlier?! I signed up twice cuz I got worried I typed in my email address wrong first time around. Now I'm wondering if I'll get the link later because I signed up again later..

I’m in Hong Kong. As far as I can see, the email I got already contains the link - it’s just not taking me to products because they aren’t live yet.

From the website I saw it was 7pm EST. So I believe 7pm Sydney time. I’m not sure if we’ll be able to access without an email link though. So hopefully we get a link before to buy.

Last year had a reminder email similar to the one posted upthread and then a second email with the presale link. If they combined the emails this year that's a change. I got the presale link email about 15 minutes after the sale went live too.

West coast, no HMC email yet (if at all)

I feel like last year something screwed up with mine and I wasn't able to access the pre-sale? But I ended up getting the candle during general sale.

Unfortunately since MyTheresa doesn't seem like they'll carry it, I doubt I'll be able to get anything from Selfridges or Loewe directly, unless Loewe has stepped up their game this year!

I didn’t get the email either would those who got the email mind sharing what region they are from? I didn’t get it and I’m in NA. I wonder if that has to do with who got it and who didn’t.

For those of you who shopped in NYC on launch day last year, were there any bags left or were all the popular items sold out from the VIP presale?

Soho store will put aside part of the stock for launch day, so that walk ins have a shot.
