For people who did the Spirited Away presale last year, how long did you spend fighting the website to get orders through? In theory it’s at 8am for me and I’m only free until 8:30am. Wondering if I’ll know in five minutes whether what I want has sold out or whether it’ll be a lot of faffing around.

Also are people limited in the amount they can buy? I vaguely thought they were last year but I didn’t do the presale.

Took me an hour to complete the transaction. The site kept crashing. My husband‘s order was confirmed then cancelled a few days later. Hope they have learnt their lessons from last years chaos.

I don't really mind the site being slow or anything, but cancelling orders is not cool. It happened to me last time... I don't have a Loewe anywhere near me so it's online or nothing.

There is no Loewe store in my country, so most of the collection will be sold out. I’m not interested in RTW.

Just FYI last year I got the link like 5 min before launch. Maybe people are getting e-mails at different times.

I didn't get it yet and I'm in NA. I did get it last year for Spirited Away and then opted out of marketing emails during the year so was worried maybe that was causing problems but my partner also signed up (for the very first time ever) and he hasn't gotten it yet either. I'm hoping you're right and that ours will go out soon

I got there after work around 6pm, and there were still bags and slgs leftover.
