Yes, same for me too! Looks like they don't have a real stock as of now and all new orders are cancelled immediately or 'payment not go through'.
I was able to place an order on Feb 2 for two RTWs and one was cancelled, but they did charge for two. Still waiting for some refund notification for the other one.
It seems like the same items received the same packaging. The mini puzzles posted here and the one I bought came in the Howls box so I assume the card holder will be the white one with the tag. Not sure about UK, but I’m in the US and didn't receive any books/stickers/etc from Loewe in store and from my delivery.
My aunt had tried it a couple days ago and twice, they charged her card without sending any email confirmation or anything and she is still waiting for the charges to go away
Did you happen to see any black puzzle bags left or the yellow Heen puzzle bag? Wanted to drop by yesterday but it was so cold!

I ended up calling stores and I was able to find a Howl + Sophie tote that they are shipping to my address, which will be a fine substitute for the cancelled order. I'm looking forward to it.
Calcifer compact zip wallet in rust shipped this morning. 3/3 of items I ordered were fulfilled. It’s a miracle!
Hi! Been lurking and following since the presale started. I got the blue Calcifer coin cardholder from the presale and am still waiting for it to be shipped (US). Seeing everyone starting to get their SLG shipping confirmations makes me optimistic that mine will ship soon and won't get canceled.
Just came back from the city picking up my coin card holder from Loewe! I finally choose the rust one over the blue one. Matches better with my Spirited Away Puzzle, too.
Took my Calcifer Nugget for a spin and love it! Easy to carry and spacious, so that I even could pack 2 grocery thingys into it. Sorry for the weirdo photo again. Was in a cabin with my friend who was trying on coats!
The Loewe store was not superfull. But it is still awaiting pieces therefore there was not too much decor. In the middle section there were 4 HMC puzzles, rust and black. They still had a Sophie Heel (so cute, but kind of small, not sure how to use it) and the leather and brass dices. I probably need one…
One supercute SA, who showed me the Sophie pouch told me that they are still awaiting Amazonas, Bracelet pouch and I think the Tote with the castle, but I did not ask whether they are already reserved.
I was surprised how big the Bracelet pouch was! What a good size, thought it was tiny. The did not have the Heen one there yet… Probably I need that one, too… *sigh* Where is the money tree. The SA was so cute, she wanted to keep wearing the Sophie pouch and then went on to put it out for decor with some Calcifer brass dices. Saying those need to be seen. And better many than one Calcifer brass dice. Loved that attitude!

I have a sneaky suspicion that selfridges is auto blocking me from making any howls purchases after fighting (read: six tries) with the online system two days ago on a cow bag that claimed inventory but really wasn’t there. First day successfully bought a heen sweatshirt so I’m not anywhere near the five piece limit. Won’t let me run a dice or a charm, oh well
