Is your orange puzzle that got color-transferred onto also satin calfskin? After reading your post, I'm nervous about this issue now. I was planning to style my orange puzzle with dark neutrals and blacks, but now I'm hesitant to :/
Yup it is satin calfskin. The leather itself sees no color transfer whatsoever, all the transfer I’m seeing is on the orange glazing… I’ve mostly been wearing my Coach leather jacket and black Uniqlo jeans so I suspect the jeans would be the cause…
 
Update on this for anyone who had a similar issue! I just received a call from the same woman I talked to in Spain, who confirmed the shipping change went through to DHL and I should be receiving a shipping confirmation very shortly :yahoo: I've been getting soo antsy and worried about a cancellation, especially since I only bought one item (small black Calcifer puzzle) and decided to take my chances instead of double ordering from another retailer, so this has definitely calmed my nerves :')
Just received a shipping info for the final unfulfilled item in my order (calcifer card holder , US ). As this was a transaction ( I was able to make a couple more orders during prelaunch) I made in a veil of madness and panic, I accidentally added an apartment number to my house address. I didn’t think much of it since days passed and I had given up on this order when I found the shipment confirmation in my mailbox today. Initially, I surmised that DHL could just drop it to my house and ignore the apartment detail but now I‘m having second thoughts! Eeeek! I read somewhere that once you get the shipment info, DHL should be your point of contact and I’ve tried through their site. No luck. Been contacting Loewe to iron this hiccup but their line is busy. May I ask those who’ve had this issue for an advice? Much thanks!

You can request to pick up the package at a DHL location too! But this is assuming that the package is heading your city first.

Thanks! Will keep that as a viable option. It’s just the apartment detail that needs to be taken out. Otherwise, everything is correct.

Was advised by the lovely lady from Loewe to contact DHL (which I then did) but I guess it’s either they’re sorting it out or have yet to physically have the parcel in their hub so I’m at a limbo and trying my best to be confident in the belief that this will be sorted out eventually. Will just have to give it some time.

On a lighter note, Heen shirt came in today and it came with HWC box and tissue. I’ve kind of lowered my expectations during this collection (at least in the packaging aspect) so it was a beautiful surprise.

Thank you everyone for being so generous with your photos, vignettes, and advices! Therapy and austerity decimators rolled into one during these past days. And I mean that in a good way. Sorry for the long reply!

Just got shipping notification for the final item in my pre launch online order, all 5 items shipped separately…while I’m just happy that nothing got cancelled, Loewe did lose a lot of money in shipping cost by not consolidating packages. I’m really not sure why they did it this way.

I didn’t participate in the Spirited Away online launch last year, but judging from all the comments and my experience with HMC online launch this year, Loewe did improve upon stock/availability accuracy on their website, even though their server still predictably crashed as soon as pre launch went live. Overall I’m pretty happy with how everything went.
 
Someone asked about the tote bag? It's very beautiful but larger than I could carry and the texture (esp of the faces) seemed to be ridging a bit...

It feels like it's 2x taller than the yubaba tote from last year

Me! I was lusting over the sold out Howl's T tote. It feels big and stiff but it has my fave picture on it. ❤️❤️

Has anyone else had issues ordering from Selfridges? I keep getting a payment error and tried multiple cards and Paypal (I’ve checked that it’s not a CC issue on my end), but it keeps erroring out.

It happened to me and a few others before. I believe someone had talked to their customer service and was told that it's a glitch in their system: the website is showing phantom stock so their system doesn't allow the payment to go through. It's very cryptic and confusing though!
