Im going to order my first pair of LKs, their website says that a US 8 is a 38.5 - i was going to order a 38 though, does anyone have a sense of how it will fit?
(the 38.5 in the shoe im after is gone, i am a 38.5 in louboutins though so im unsure if i should just wait)

I have gone 1/2 size up in all of their closed toe shoes, especially patent. The
open toe ones fit tts. If you are in the US order from Nordstrom for the free shipping and returns.
Thanks Tavira! I think i will need the 38.5 then, unfortunately its sold out. I really hope it becomes available again, im pretty disappointed as they have 20% off the website right now but it ends sunday. And being in Canada the returns policy isnt so great if i risked trying the 38. Sigh!
I usually take a 38.5 in other brands but find i need a 38 in the Sledge. I have a few pairs (different colours) and one pair is a 38.5 - I have to wear insoles in those ones.
So i did some more research, and found a size guide by mm length of the foot.
So my feet are 243-245mm (i think my right is definitely more like 245mm). On their site, a 38 is 240mm, a 38.5 is 243 (but this size is unavailable) and a 39 is 247.
What size do you think i should go? id really like this pair and im not confident the 38.5 will come back, and i certainly wont get 20% off it. So its too small and hope they stretch, or too big and maybe put some insoles in or something?

I was wanting a pair of louboutin that were sold out so I splashed out on a pair of LK's and seriously! Amazing for the price two pairs for the price of a pair f louboutin!!!
If its good enough for a princess !!
They are the florette in Bordeaux will go back for a pair of taupe!

Ooh, I might just have to check out LK Bennett for their shoes now. I love their Anna bag and have a few purses from LK only.
Incidentally, how comfortable are they in comparison to other brand's heels? I'm assuming very, since Kate M always wears them to everything. (I'm 5'5 but have tiny size 3 UK feet so I put a LOT of pressure on the balls of my feet and heels inevitably cause pain, but the hours of wear varies).

Can you check whether they'd stretch by heat application? I heard some girls stretched out their JC Litas using a blowdryer on the leather, so that's worth a try.
Besides, I always think it's worth going for when a good deal is on
. The worse comes to the worse, you could always return the goods as long as you only try to break them in at home.
