I love LKB's and have alot of their court shoes as does my mother... never had a problem with them being to bigI find they are always TTS

I got those, the taupe color. I love them, despite they run a bit big on my feet but with inserts problem solved

The sales lady also informed me that I could call the store in Chicago to order and would not have to pay they insane shipping from the UK, rather only domestic shipping from the store, so that is a great option!

I don't know for sure. I haven't ordered from them before. Perhaps you can email them and ask. Or someone here who has ordered from them before can give you a better answer.
I did the math. If you order from the website or from a US store, in total it's about the same cost. The shipping from the website is high but when you order from the US store, there is a "surcharge" in cost. Awesome quality but not really saving much.
Actually, if you live in the states, it is much cheaper to order from a US store than from the UK website. I was going to order the Maddox wedge this morning from the online store (and ship to the USA) but decided to call the Chicago store and get a price quote from them. Online, the shoes are £165 and international shipping is £45, bringing the total to £210, which is approximately $344 USD. The Chicago store had the shoe for $265 and shipping was a flat $15, bringing the total to $280! So, I saved $64 by ordering from a US store over the phone! Hurrah!
