That is even worse that a TPF member would do that. That's why buying from TPF members doesn't guarantee anything, I have fallen into that trap before with buying from TPFers.

If you buy something listed as pre-owned I do not see how someone can then list it accidently as new, jmo. Which is why I am always cautious of new without tag. I would rather buy something listed as pre-owned in good or excellent condition. If someone is willing to lie about one thing then how do you trust their chracter, jmo.
Watching Bethenney Ever After last night, and she's designing the closet for her new apartment. She's showing the closet designer all of her stuff, gets to the purses and the purse that's hanging in the front is the LP DZT in dark olive! I had to rewind to make sure. I own this bag too and I LOVE it! It's a great size, not too big, but it holds a lot. I just noticed that it's up on the LP site in purple, I ordered one! I'm so excited, I probably won't use it until the fall, but I've always wanted a purple bag!
I am seriously getting less interested in this brand by the day. They are dragging out this release of the rest of the spring bags WAY too long. They told me in NOVEMBER that they'd have the Medium Tote available in Scotch in Jan. Jan comes and NO medium tote. Then they say late March. It's now a day before the end of March, and they say "VERY SOON". Well damn it I have been holding back buying the Navy one because I want the Scotch. I missed out on two other bags that sold out quickly waiting for this bag. I don't like secrets, suspense or build up. Just pick a date, share it, and stop playing games.
