I visited Dubai on a trip 2 years ago and was offered the necklace. (My budget declined for me, LOL.) Things may have changed, but I don’t think you need to be a regular…or in my case, even a big spender. It was a matter of right time and place.

It's a shame that the 5 motif version is not still in production. I suppose it's the same situation for the other LE alternating paves though that are not a part of the normal line (lapis pave 20 and lapis turquoise 20 are hard to get but possible, while the 5 motif versions are not).

I was just there two days ago, they didn't have any in stock it still exists but really depends on your luck I guess. Tried to get a sense of how often they see it come in but the SA said it varies. Doesn't seem to be anywhere as popular as the Ginza MOP exclusive though! (According to the SA)

The time I visited March 2020 (~2 days before the pandemic), I was offered that necklace. Maybe it was just pure luck that I got to see this in person. I didn't purchase it. The gentleman that assisted me was very kind.
