what is wrong with these surgeons agreeing to f**k with peoples faces like this???? She didnt need any extra work.

She was so pretty before
I think her first nose job was the worst surgery she's had. The second or third nose job in the pic with the red dress and blue contacts actually looks good. If she'd just fixed the nose properly and stopped there she would have still looked pretty/natural, but it's like she keeps getting bad surgeries and then compensating with even more bad surgeries :s...
This is what happens when people become obsessed with plastic surgery...scary! Do they ever come to realize when enough is enough? 
Michael Jackson Lil Kim arrived at the screening for “Marc Jacobs & Louis Vuitton” in an Marc Jacob designed ensemble. Aside from the brightly colored suit, bag, shoes, etc. what is up with her face?? She looks like she hit up that plastic surgeon at least a dozen times since the last time we saw her.
That is just sad really. In a few years she’ll be saying she has Vitiligo like your boy MJ.

Look at that last pic she is posing in with Marc Jacobs! She looks like Michael Jackson! Her nose never used to look like that!
