For any who are interested, there were two mini Brillants in box leather listed on Italist at a pretty significant discount (at least for US-based customers). Light blue and Yellow colors. 
I'm not sure how you other Delvaux enthusiasts feel, but using felt on the outside of a handbag? That's kind of like wearing a white shirt to spaghetti night, isn't it? Looks lovely when brand new, but I'd be too stressed about stains to take it out and about.
Not a fan personally. Id be forever paranoid about stains, and I doubt any bag spa could fix such an issue if it were to occur.
But I'm also a bit biased. I don't really buy bags that aren't leather very often to begin with. I like feeling like the material used in the bag is part of what makes it worth the money.
That’s exactly my thought when I see a felt bag, that the brand is trying to cut costs haha
I don't see any issue. It's a nice material combo and as handheld/crook of the arm it would not receive any significant wear and tear.
I would put them into the same category as suede/uncoated canvas when it comes to how delicate they are...
I love love love the felt brilliant. I like the pins too, but I have a toile pin and wouldn't want a smaller one, cute as they are.
Beautiful combo. The wool used in bags is a bit more robust than it looks.
I was in Paris, visited the Delvaux boutique. They offer a rather significant choice of exotics. This one captured my attention.

I'm split - on one hand, I love design houses playing with materials to try different ideas (because come on, Delvaux has been around for a loooong time and they must get bored themselves doing the same thing over and over). On the other hand, I only really love leather-based bags.
