do you ordered from europe H and they shipped directly to your country (I assume it is USA)? When I ordered mine, I had it sent to a freight forwarder which onward forwarded it to where I am.

I have the Hermès baume and always use it on my Barenia bags and also on my LV Vachetta. Hermès stores have it here in Europe, besides the EU website, so whoever is travelling to Europe I think will find it easily.

This is not saddle baume, it's skin cream.
