Oh, no!!! So sorry this happened to you!

The tassels are part of what makes the duffles so much fun. Let us know if Coach can get you a replacement. I wonder if they would be any help if you go into FP and let them know what happened.

On a positive note, I'm glad that your husband was loving enough to help you retrace your footsteps.

Congrats on your duffles so far!

Just my opinion here: I think you should wait to get something else since you already have two colorblock duffles. Are the two colorblocks your favorites, or would you be willing to return one in exchange for the navy?

Well, I have used my fuschia already, and I love the black CB. I really like the colors combo in that one and I had it in a Patricia, that I returned, so regrating that. I have a couple of other duffles with tags still but they were steals and it would be crazy to pay twice as much for a different color. Plus I like my other colors very much (black cherry, camel, cognac, UV,and black)

Two weeks ago, I bought a large duffle in Carnelian at the Glendale/Phoenix AZ Outlet for $199. It is currently going for $179 online at the Coach Factory Sale. Unfortunately they did not have it in Burnt Orange. I am also looking for one in Burnt Orange. Please let me know if you find where they are hiding.

Just found my Burnt Orange LD at the Allen Outlets (Dallas 'burb) last week. I saw at least 2 on the shelf, along w/a large LD in Carnelian. Everything was 50% off retail and clearance was 65% off. Also scored a Magenta Isabelle. Woot! :p
FYI - The most recent factory online sale had LDs 55% off. The sale has ended, but another should begin soon and will probably have more LDs. Hope you find your Burnt Orange - she's a beauty :smile1:

They are very different so I don't want to return any of the ones I have yet to use, cause I know they all will get lots of attention. And the crazy part about it is the outlet ones are the most expensive out of all the others. I got better deals at Macy's and Dillards.
