This is insane. How are you supposed to know that your SA was sick? And frankly, why was there no contingency in place in his absence? This in addition to the run around with the K.... you need to switch and start over.
My home store has been Crystals for many years now - if you are married to Vegas as your location, I would switch to this store, personally.
Unfortunately, Crystals is the store that I use. He has supposed to have been back for over a week now, yet I still haven't gotten a response at all. So I am just going to let it go. We go to Vegas every year, I will be back in June, so I will just try and hit up one of the other locations while we are there and start over.
Not at all specific, my only specifics are Kelly 20-28, and literally any size Birkin because I love all 4 sizes. I don't even mention B/K anymore, I literally want some Evelyne's, maybe a picotin, various home items, some sneakers, and I would love a mini lindy or the new mini 24/24 bag.
I don’t think picotin is hard to come by unless u r looking for neutral and basic.
sorry all that you’ve gone thru.. since u r going in June already, maybe check in with him periodically.... since quota bags must be picked up in person anyway, maybe that’s another timeline he can keep in mind??
That's really strange to spend that much and not get an offer for a quota bag. Understandable if your SA has been out that nobody wants to step on anyones toes but prior to that you should have been offered something since your wish list is so broad. I've known people to spend 1:1 and in 2 weeks something is offered. Sometimes a larger size B35 is offered right away.
I live in california but Vegas is my store. I have been a client at Hermès at Wynn since July of last year. I got lucky with an offer after Evelyn 29. I texted my SA and she offered me Birkin 30. In Jan 2021, my SA retired and I got lucky again with another SA at Wynn. From Jan till now, I have spent around $14k. I’m got another offer Birkin 25 black rose gold this month.
I'm going back in June. I will try the Wynn store, that is originally the store I intended to use but ended up at Crystals. Maybe I will have better luck there, if not I am just going to give up lol
I picked her up last weekend. I’m so happy. Btw, I meant from Jan till March. LOL.
Can you call back the manager and say that you are just checking in on the manager to see that he is ok...given the pandemic and all. My country just went into lockdown again so maybe the delay is the lack of stock coming in?
Constance bags are quota bags in my country and I want to start buying in the US to get a Constance 24 in black with gold hardware (and maybe a constance 18 and mini lindy - lol). If I start travelling to vegas every so often, meet an SA and buying some things in one of the Vegas stores and they call/text me with a bag, how quickly would I have to jump on a plane and get there?
