For those of you who have visited H stores in Vegas recently (like this year), can you tell me what it was like for the stores? Are they appointment only? And what was it like around Vegas in general (Covid restrictions wise, masks and social distancing)? Did you all feel safe?
hi i went mid Feb. appointment only (Crystals). i made the appointment when i scheduled to pick up a bag offer from my SA.. Vegas is getting back there but of course not as busy as pre Covid.. masks required when indoors and in public areas (pools).. restaurants mostly also need advanced bookings ( like 1-2 days for lunch/dinner) unless you’re willing to wait (for low-mid range places like cheesecake factory).. I think tge casinos are doing their best.. temp scans installed (no contact) at entry points etc

If you want to be perfectly safe, it's not the place to be. There are still thousands of people on the casino floor. People obviously drink and smoke mask down. It feels like a really nice Vegas experience without all the crowds but I would never want to get it twisted that it is a safe experience to avoid COVID. I probably would compare it to being in a busy supermarket and while you may be ok with going to the store once a week or so, you may struggle with working 8 hour shifts at a busy supermarket. That's what being in Vegas is like. Hermes is fully socially distanced at the Bellagio, but you're still interacting with your SA up close and they are probably interacting with dozens or more a day. I hope this blunt assessment was helpful. I've gone twice during COVID and been fine but would never want to encourage something that could be harmful to you.

Very helpful, and I definitely appreciate the honesty!

i went back in October.. the casinos staffs are doing their best to get everyone masks on, but of course not all people were willing to. So we just did our best to keep 6 ft away from others... most of the time we could, except during Saturday night when it was pretty crowded

if you are there to shop... make appointments if you can and expected a little wait to get into popular stores.
I did not feel less safe than my home state.

Does anyone have an SA they could recommend in Vegas? I have been working with one at Crystals since last year, but as of three weeks ago has become completely unresponsive. He has never been that helpful honestly, and I have spent quite a good amount there, over $30k since September.

I will generally recommend Bellagio (but don't have permission to share my SA). Both she and the SM were super nice! I got a C24 within three months as an out of towner with two visits and a phone order and about a .66:1 spend.

$30k! That’s a lot. Abs 0 bag offers? Or just not offers that for your criteria? If it’s the latter, hang in there. Inventory is picking up

I honestly will not recommend Crystal. I’ve spent 20k in 1 year and still no bags offer. Not even B, K or C.

Maybe we both share the same SA?

20/30K is a lot to spend... but what were the purchases? multiple threads & OG have confirmed that RTW/Fine Jewelry/Home Decor have a greater chance to build up profile.

i would recommend to send an email to H.com and ask for SA at bellagio. that's how I got started.

just want to share my recent experience with SA at Bellagio. She is usually very responsive, but last month or so she hads been slower with text/emails/checking stocks... she mentioned her store was swamped with both Appts & walk-in... so maybe the same with your SA @ Crystals? I know it is super frustrating as I was too... but once I was able to have a conversation with my SA, she and I are back on track...

I've had the same experience at Bellagio but it was largely due to the team being in shifts and being forced to work fewer hours. The longest I ever waited for a reply was a week and my SA was super apologetic.

Yes!! My SA shifts had been all over the place, once she and i were able to connect, my SA always went the extra miles to find items for me... so it was def an lesson of patience and trust for me

I'm so glad! I have a closer store to me (this is a vacay spot I can hit about 4x a year), but I think I'll stick with Bellagio. Better for my SA relationship, my bag chase, AND MY WALLET. My SA thinks out of the box for me too because she knows I like some wacky products (i.e. statue of liberty bag charm, brides pillows, and unpopular jewelry). Plus they have a great selection for a smaller store.

Which reminds me. I heard they were going to renovate to expand the store recently. Have you heard anything? No idea on timing though.
