I vacation a few times a year in Europe and the States. I used to only shop while I was on vacation, so I never had a home store. Last year, I committed to my tiny local H store in Canada to be my home store. They require 1:1 spending to be considered a B/K and there's a long wait list. Two of my SA's quit in the past year and I've been annoyed that I had to rebuild rapport.

After following this chat, I decided to change my home store to either Bellagio or Crystals. On my first day in Vegas, I visited the Bellagio store first due to most people's raving reviews. An SA showed me some SLG's, and then, I told her that I was interested in switching my home store to Bellagio or Crystals. She encouraged me to check out the SLG's at Crystals and to gauge the store to see which one I would prefer to shop at.

At Crystals, a few SA's approached me and they were friendly and helpful. However, I felt that I had to engage them to be warmer. A few hours later, I went back to Bellagio and another SA assisted me. She thanked me for choosing Bellagio as my new home store and I requested a SLG from Crystals to be transferred to Bellagio. She said it'll arrive by noon the next day. I told her that I'll wait until her shift starts before visiting the store.

The next evening, I went back to Bellagio to pick up the SLG and I also tried on some jewelry. After choosing a necklace, my new SA offered me a B!!! I thought I misheard her and she repeated if I wanted a B. Lol. I asked if she had a B30, K28, or K25 in neutral colours. She said only a B35 in fauve barenia faubourg leather with phw is available. She opened the brand new box for me and I tried it on. The bag was gorgeous, but it was too heavy and bulky. She allowed me to try most of the bags in the store and she implied that I could buy them. However, I decided to stick with B's and K's. I reiterated that I'm committing to buy most of my H stuff with her even though it costs more in the States and I'll get taxed 12% when I return to Canada. Afterwards, I signed a credit card waiver form, so she could ship my future purchases to my vacation home in the States. We agreed to keep in touch via email until I visit her again in a few months.

Hopefully, I'll be offered one of my dream bags before the new Waikiki store opens in the Spring. If not, I'll buy one of my bags there, and hope all is forgiven as I'll still let my new SA drain my bank account.

Congrats on picking the Bellagio store and it is good that you stick with what you really like, not just because it is a B. Stay loyal and I'm sure that they don't mind if you buy something from other stores while you travel. I can't wait to be there again !

This is SUPER SUPER SUPER late but a week before Thanksgiving break I called my lovely SA, she told me that she will be leaving for vacation the day I get to Vegas but she guaranteed me 2 bags that I could choose from. She told me to come in before 5 PM; Fast forward to that day, I quickly got to Vegas and drove to Crystals through the horrible traffic. Franticly dropping off my car at valet, I got myself ready and went into the store. Mind you this is my first time in the new store; the store was WAY bigger than the previous store so I was a bit lost; I found my way upstairs and was searching for my SA. The store was empty but everyone seemed to be eyeing me but ignoring my presence. I browsed around the store first and decided to ask one of the other lovely SAs if my SA was there. They told me no and my heart sunk, but I explained myself and they said they would see if she's in; after a minuet or two she came out. We discussed about the bag and she showed me a B 30 in Rose d’ été and a K 28 in Gris Asphalt. In a heartbeat I knew that the Kelly was coming home with me; I also picked up couple of other things from my lovely SA so I also picked up a matching K Wallet and some shoes. So excited for my early Christmas presents!

Wow congratulations!!! Gris asphalte is my current favorite H neutral color! Also I didn’t know Rose de ete would come in birkin. This makes me so excited as a pink lover. Thought it was going to be just for slgs. Do you happen to remember what type of leather the Rose de ete b30 was in? Thanks.

Hey guys!
I was recently in Vegas and I have to agree with everyone, Bellagio's store is welcoming! This is my 3rd year going to Vegas (consecutively) and we have always stayed in Bellagio, but I have never really eyed H store because I have my Miami store as my homestore as its closer to home (Central America).... Anyways, after reading this Vegas forum I took notice this time and let me tell you that they even kept 1 door open to make it more inviting and less intimidating!

The funny part is that I really took notice because the night we landed, we realized that it was cooler than what we thought (Nov 4th), hence needed to get warmer clothing and H being the 1st store at the entrance, I practically ran in to find something to wear. I was immediately approached and I explained what i needed, he showed me few options and I ended up buying a poncho and a shawl. I didnt ask for any bags BUT I WILL NEXT TIME! I did see a girl trying 3 different Herbag which she bought and paid at the same time as I was checking out.

Oh, by the way, those of you that know Bellagio store very well, does anyone know the name of my SA guy... He is african american and he looks just like this actor from Scrubs "Dr. Chris Turk" (Donald Faison).
If anyone knows his name, please send me an inbox, so I know to ask for him next time. Thanks!

I actually am not 100% sure if it is that color but it was in togo and palladium hardware
It may also be Rose Azalee

Your receipt should list the sales associates name.

I'm very curious about this as well. I believe Rose d'ete is limited to SLGs and I do not believe that Rose Azalea comes in togo. Did they show you the bag or did you have to pick which one to see via just the verbal offer first? Rose Pourpre is the current pink/purple for B/K and comes in togo. I expect many wishlists will be updated if d'ete is added to B/K availability. :)
