I apologize if this may have been covered pages back, but I am curious (still a *bit* new to the H game)…I met a very nice SA at Encore and the SA asked me to send them my "list" so that the SA could have something prepared for me for my next visit.
What am I at liberty to ask for? I have so many bags I would love to get my hands on. Would you take this as a good sign?

Thank you <3

Wow, I happened to stumble on this thread and am really nicely surprised that the Bellagio store has such a great reputation amongst you gals! I just by chance ended up making that my home store. My SA is incredibly sweet and helpful despite only making one smaller purchase and a LOT of browsing. We have been keeping in touch about a few smaller things I am hoping to buy when I visit again and I couldn't be more comfortable. I actually can't afford, nor am I immediately interested in a B or K at the moment, I totally don't have the cash for it and my boyfriend is nice, but not THAT nice. At any rate its nice to know if fancy strikes me it seems that I will have a decent shot at the Bellagio.

I don't think so. The Encore location is officially called "Hermes Las Vegas Encore Wynn" by the company so perhaps it was just advertising for the Encore store within the Wynn property (Wynn and Encore are the same company).
I personally found the Wynn location a lot more stand-offish despite showing a lot of interest in r2w and home-goods. In fact, at one point when trying on shoes they just sort of left! I went in at least 2-3 times and got the same sort if treatment completely unusual for Hermes.

Had a great time visiting Vegas over the weekend. Stock level for silks at Bellagio was great as always. They also had a bunch of Rodeo MM in stock. At Crystals, lots of new bags stock since they got a shipment in on Sat. Lots of Rodeo MM in stock as well. Got really lucky that my BFF's SA's held a Rodeo PM for me until we came in.

Did your BFF end up bringing home a quota bag?

Glad you found a nice SA at the Bellagio. When it comes to customer service, I think Bellagio is the best of all three locations. Every staff is nice and greets me with a smile when I walk in. It is not the biggest store but definitely the best customer service. Not sure what the Encore store will be like when they move to even bigger location at the Wynn. I tend to find that larger stores are not as warm despite being impressive for browsing.

Hi All, I am going to Vegas in two weeks' time, and hoping to purchase my very first H. I am eyeing Kelly in size 25 or 28, and was wondering if anyone might be willing to help me to make this happen? Any tricks or suggestions? Thank you very much.

The Hermes at Crystals is beautiful. The store is huge and they have a great inventory of jewelry, home objects, and belts. I found the SA's very attentive and helpful over the weekend. They said it will start to get busy during the Chinese New Year, so that may impact their inventory.

I feel like the Crystals store is an H museum! Everything is so gorgeously displayed and there’s a lot of room. The private room has some really drool worthy exotic treasures on display too.
