I would vote for Jackie as well. She is one of the best SAs in Vegas.
Were you offer a bigger size B after you bought the belt? or you have been shopping at another H store for a while but never got offered so Jackie can see your sales history? It maybe misleading for newcomers to think that Vegas is like FSH. You still need a history and also spend some at the store. Some bag sizes are easier than others too. I would hate to get someone's hope high to score a B on one trip. Afterall, all stores want you to drop some before offering you a b or K.

About 2-3 months ago I was told by my SA that a particular exotic kelly cut I particularly wanted was coming in a few weeks and I was being put on list for it. I told my SA to let me know when it arrived and I planned to buy the bag and a diamond rose gold kelly bangle together so I wouldn’t need to do two trips. She knew I was planning to get the bangle for my anniversary.
The last 3-4 weeks whenever I asked about the Kelly cut, I was told that it had not arrived yet. Two days ago I was told that it would be coming in a few weeks. Now today I’m told that it has been sold.
I have been going to the same store for at least three years, I have never bought any items anywhere else, and have at least over 300 K in merchandise from the store including several exotic bags, jewelry, houseware, shoes, scarves, shawls etc
Guaranteed I have not been able to visit the store the last 4-5 months due to a really busy time at work, so purchase history may be a little slow right now.
What did I do wrong? Am I missing something or does this happen often?
I’m feeling really upset- and disappointed right now!

Wowee. Did she say why it was sold? Can she get you another? And please, not visiting in 4-5 months is not any reason to be disappointed thus. I am very sorry to read this.
