I would echo everyone's comments about Bellagio vs. Crystals. I've shopped at Crystals for 10 years and did get my lovely croc KP there but have been especially lucky at Bellagio with less purchase history getting a Black box kelly wallet and a Barenia Faubourg 35 Birkin.

I has an bad news : my sweet SA in Crystal store moving out of country , I got B/K every six months with that SA ( I learn toward H for just almost two years ago ) so now do I need to re start to build my history with new SA ? should I move to Bellagio store ? I missed my SA .

Move to Bellagio since you have to start over with another SA. You're better off with Bellagio. PM me if you need any reference.
I would stay at crystals since at least your profile will still be applicable. If you switch stores, you'll be starting over with not only a new SA but also a new SM (and from my experience, Bellagio doesn't like when you shop at crystals so it may take a while to prove your new loyalty.) Just my humble opinion.

Can anyone let me know which store to visit in Vegas (I’ve never been but will be going soon)?
I’m hoping to score my first Kelly sellier or retourne or a Birkin. Of course... I do have my size preferences as well as leather preferences. I am more open to colors (I don’t mind any bright fun colors, I’d rather have that than a neutral!)
And if anyone minds PMing me a name of a great SA, that’d be amazing!
Also any tips on how to be able to get it on my first trip? I do plan on being a loyal customer to one of the Vegas stores, as there are no Hermes boutiques where I live now.

I highly recommend Bellagio! I got my first Kelly there, and since bought all my bags there.
Did you get it in one shot? Could you tell me more about your story, maybe over private message?
I know of people who dropped serious $ on jewelry, homeware and ready to wear at Encore and walked out with a B/K.
Go to Bellagio store on your first day there, wait for someone to approach you, get a wallet you like and after that ask for a Kelly bag. You might not get it right away, but they might call you in a day while you are still there and offer you a bag.
Do you feel the encore requires a higher spend amount before being offered B/K? Curious if it’s possible to be a loyal client to a Sa at encore and offered a bag. This is my home store, wondering if i should Switch as people seem to be saying great things about the Bellagio store.
Ugh! I’ll use this next trip as a gauge on the stores. I really Do like my SA at my home store. Just not really sure about how their inventory is on high demand bags. I never Hear about the b/k coming from encore. Anyone have any insights or thoughts on this?
I think crystals has the best B/K availability, and then Bellagio. But I've found the staff at Bellagio to be a bit warmer. Either way, it's very doubtful that, without a 10k usd jewelry purchase, one will get a B/K on their first visit, especially if you have another home store on your profile.
Thank you for this, very helpful. This may be a dumb question. But how does another store determine which store is home store? For example i have bought things from other H stores. Which I now understand Is a big no no when trying to build a relationship with a SA. I’m just curious, is there something in the system that says what your home store is?
