I'm not a walk-in client but didn't have any issue with getting one back in November. I wouldn't think that it would be an issue (aside from if you're looking for a particular color/color combo), and would likely be even easier if you were looking at picking up other items

Yeah, it's very open-ended.

Not sure how the Vegas stores work...but I can 100% confirm, that as of February 2025, this isn't a Hermes-wide "rule" & it solely depends on each SM.

As anyone been offered a SO recently? My SA says they have been told from corporate to prioritize clients who have not received an SO before. Yet on FB groups I see members (non Vegas homestores) who have gotten previous multiple SO as keep getting offered more! Any insight?

I believe the FB person you're referring to spends enough that she already has her two QBs for 2025 in February so giving her a SO spot only makes sense. Otherwise, I do know that some stores are instituting a "rule" of it having to have been at least three years since the client's last SO submission.

Thanks!!! Someone commented on that post "Not true" and I am thinking its just me. Certainly there are exceptions for VIPS I guess.

Not likely, unless it’s full croc or unless you spend upwards of $20k on your first visit on a fresh profile (ie not one tied to another US H store). They also probably would not offer it initially but be more open to it if you came back the following day after a large initial purchase. It’s a risky strategy because I don’t think C24 are around that much anymore, the stores are ordering mostly C18s these days.

Yes..there is a cocktail party on the 17th I think and then the next two days are the shopping days. Will be on Spring break otherwise would of love to go! Someone keep us posted on the event!

Do you know if this means the store will be closed to the public? Vegas is where we’re going for spring break and I’m hoping to shop with my SA. She knows we’ll be there; I’m just waiting for her to get her schedule.
