She used to be one of the ASMs and got promoted after the guy that had been SM since the store opened retired.
So I was just told that they don’t ship bags not ship bags anymore. Non quota or quota. You have to pick them up now. When did this start happening?

Wow! Had no clue! All of these changes are for all Hermes stores or I wonder just the a particular Vegas store?
They haven’t shipped bags, and even some SLGs, for years.
Last bag I had shipped to me was in 2021. My old SA never told me. My new SA just did.
That I have no idea. I would assume all but who knows.

I visited my SA at the Wynn at the beginning of the month and she said it's been painfully slow in terms of inventory for the past month or so. Hoping that things start to pick up!
