That sounds amazing!
Do you they let you know your quota bag specifications before you come in? So you know if it’s worth driving there or not 😆

In your experience, is the pre-spend around or less than 2:1 for b25 or k25?

Thank you so much for sharing your journey!
I live in CA and BH is my closest store. I however made the LV store my “Home Store” and it’s been working fine. Started shopping there in June and I already scored a Noir B30 with PHW in early October. My prespend is about 1-1.

And yes, the SA told me what the offer was (specifics of the bag) before I made the trip out there. I shop at the Crystals store.

I go sporadically to shop twice a year without a bag offer . I have been offered a C18 which I accepted and went in to collect . My SA sent me a pic of the bag and shared specs before I said yes and went in . I have been offered one quota and she told me size and specs before and I turned it down , so didn’t have to go in to see it .

A b25 and k25 are not on my wishlist so I can’t say ! I was offered a b30 and I am about at 1:1. The Constance and the b30 were not in a color or hardware that I requested, but I did say I was open to a lot. I loved the C18 I was offered , but the b30 was in sellier so I turned it down

My SA at the Bellagio invited me to their holiday party and then uninvited me 5 minutes later because I am not a local (I live in CA). Does anyone know if this is an actual policy?
That's my home store too..I did not get an invite either (not a local)..though I was invited to the grand opening last year. So maybe it is a store policy?! I would like to know too! Lol. I wouldn't make much of it as long as the SA provides good customer service.

Im currently in Vegas. Crystals shop had the most intimidating vibe of all. Looked up what bag i was wearing Lol. Not really planning to buy any bags but wanted to test out but i didnt bother asking at this store.

At Bellagio, i was approached by one person who answered some questions and i eventually felt confident enough to ask for a bag as a walk in. He said they only have those garden party pocket bags and the bigger evelyne in canvas.

The best experience was at Wynn. I was just walking around and one of the SA showed out of nowhere at all three spots inside the store to ask me if ive been helped and if im looking for anything. Never felt any other SA act like that, like they wanted my business. Luxury stores need to act like they want your business because afterall youre paying premium for the experience etc. Sadly that’s not the case for most people.

I would say the experience is always different. One or two yrs ago, my best experience was at Bellagio and worse at Wynn.

I personally love the Wynn. I live in Vegas and I CANNOT stand the Crystals store. Their attitude is awful!!! Tried the Bellagio once and never again LOL. On the hand, I love the VCA at Crystals and I don't shop anywhere else. Never found a Chanel store where people are friendly over here. I miss my Chanel SA from Costa Mesa dearly =(
Glad you found a place where you are welcome and treated nicely.

The Wynn Chanel was friendly for me, Bulgari too, although Chanel was very busy and I don't wait well.
Maybe I'll stop in Wynn Hermes this weekend and do a vibe check!

The Wynn always had pretty good service even when I went in and started at the fragrance dept first. But knowing what I know now I see why they’re not too eager to assist if you’re checking out the fragrance or cosmetics counter.

I'm sorry - I have to ask. What do you mean looked up the bag you were wearing!? :hrmm:

That's my home store too. I was there at the opening party too but this last six months have had no offers despite a large spend. Do u think things have changed at the store

I think so! I feel the managers are a little more reserving on allocating the qbs. I feel like I had more offers when they were at the temp location. My SA is great but in 2023 I def had my choice in qbs vs in 2024 getting my 2nd chocie. Just my observation.
