Didn’t update ! It’s a c18 in epsom vert vertigo in phw . It’s a stunner and I’m still in shock. some of stitching on the strap is kind of coming out but that probably because the strap was manhandled but just something I noticed . Excited though and not complaining. Just inspected every little part
Of it for fun !! Not sure what I’ll do now, not sure if I can keep
Spending to try to get a b or a k as my next !

Anybody experienced scoring as a walk in/ no previous spend at their store verrou chain mini or verrou 21? Preferably full lizard or full croc/alligator. Will just be visiting as a tourist.

Those are hard to sell bags, especially in croc, so I think any US store would allow anyone to buy one if they have one in stock. Its worth asking, though I haven't seen any of them offered/purchased in months/years? so its probably a very low probability that any will be in the stock room.

Was just in Vegas… Bellagio was meh. I did see a man go into the back after asking for a bag for his “daughter” or “gf” (??) haha
Wynn/Encore has display bags. B25, Mini K and Evelyne PM among others. SA’s seemed less than inclined to even talk to anyone.
I wasn’t looking for anything, but they were fairly aloof.

This has always been my experience with the Wynn boutique, literally for years, even at the old location - very aloof SAs who don't want to engage.

A group of 2 SA’s scrolling phones is not what I would expect in customer service. I wore an H bag and accessories so I thought maybe they would at least pretend to know I wasn’t just wasting time.. but alas

It’s probably the exact opposite; they see you have H items and know you don’t shop at that store so they assume you are going to waste their time window shopping for things for your home SA to order.

But I’m from the middle of nowhere in Canada. Don’t have an SA or a home store. You know what they say about “assuming”

ETA- it’s Las Vegas. Full of tire kickers and time wasters. I wasn’t going to be one. But leaning against the counter, scrolling phones and sipping an Urth Cafe smoothie is not my usual H store encounter. That’s all.

I wasn’t saying it was a good decision by the SAs, just trying to point out how it could have been interpreted from a different perspective. I think Vegas gets an overwhelming amount of window shoppers and are probably jaded about it at this point.

They might be scrolling for inventory on those phones. Or doing official business on those phones like replying to customer emails. Hopefully. My SA uses a work phone for work use only.

I have been there a few times over the past few months and can confirm that I have seen customers walk into the store and the SAs just continue on their phones. This was on multiple occasions- I even sat at Urth upstairs and watched a little as I was having my solo lunch!
Strange because I haven’t seen this at any other H store to this degree.
