Yes, Constances are difficult to get. 1:1 is on the low side for a size 18, imo.
I live in so cal but made Vegas my home store bc I heard it’s a little easier than BH or SCP. I thought one to one would get me a b 😭
My friend who lives in Vegas got impatient while waiting for a C18 in Vegas, so she went to the Madison Avenue store in NYC and successfully got one there

This doesn't mean that C18 is harder to get than B25 in Vegas; that's just how it worked out for me. I believe my SA cares more about my profile as a whole, versus how much money I spent since the last bag offer. Hence it's hard to give a definite "spend ratio".
