Depends on the bag. Constance, Mini Lindy, etc...very unlikely. Herbag, Picotin, In The Loop...maybe, if you buy a few thousand in other items and don't already have a home store/account.

You can just walk in and meet an SA. Depending on how busy each store is, they may make you wait at the door for an SA to be available to escort you. Have fun!
Yes, some stores will be holding these events, however they seem much more likely in the stores which aren't typically open on Sundays.
