Went to the Bellagio just 2 days ago and there were several Picotin on display, a lindy, an exotic toolbag in 20 and a blue lin in 33. There were also several garden party, bolide and double sens. Unfortunately, my knowledge of H bags are limited so I can't remember all the colors, except for the toolbag which I specifically inquired about.

The Wynn branch had Evelyne and more accessories on display. I was unable to go to the Crystals store due to lack of time.

The general consensus is that Bellagio SAs are nicer but I have to disagree. I've gone there 3x and my experiences have been the same. They were incredibly standoffish and made me feel like they were doing me a favor by selling me something and when I asked about putting my name on the system (after making purchases), the SA frankly retorted in the lines of that they will only do so or care about me as a customer if I am a VIP.

This was the complete opposite of how I was treated at the Wynn, where the manager and SAs took the time to explain the history of each item and even meticulously took notes of my preferences.

That really some nice experiences at Wynn, my sales never wrote down when I am shopping in the store, even though I am a frequent buyer there.

can anyone recommend SA at crystals --I don't live in vegas but goes there a lot every 2 months--I want a sa that is willing to look out and hold things for me (of course I know only short time)

thanks

sorry, also at the encore too

I feel that at the bellagio - there are more client and it will be harder to get birkin ... please correct me if that is not the care

thanks

Just visited both the Encore and the Bellagio stores today - Encore is small and does not have much in stock, but I was mostly looking for belts and bracelets. The SA I worked with was very sweet and attentive though, so no complaints there. Had better luck at Bellagio - larger store and apparently just yesterday got a shipment of belts and jewelry! Picked up a new belt kit for myself. Randi was my SA and was wonderful! I'd definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a sweet, enthusiastic SA. And, how funny is this - I happened to be wearing my black Magic Kelly scarf today, and Randi had on the identical scarf! Is that fate or what??

Bag report (again, was not looking for bags so this is just what I saw on the floor) - picotins, lots of garden parties, jypsieres, toolbox ... Not much really :(

Vegas stores seem to look for California clients they can turn into "locals"...When they hear New York, they seem less than enthused haha.

ETA: I do have to say I find the staff at all three stores to be extremely nice....it just seems that they are actively recruiting for people to fly in and become their regulars...

Being from Los Angeles, I have to say I get that feeling too. I do prefer to shop at Hermes in Las Vegas as opposed to Beverly Hills or SCP though. I seem to go to the Vegas stores and find more things I like there.

I have had very good SA in all of the stores in Vegas!

Senbei, good to have you back. Haven't seen you in a while.

Agreed. I am from CA and visit vegas maybe 2-3 times a year and most of the SAs in the stores give me their card and say call me when you are coming in next time if you want anything specific. Still not sure that's its easier to score a B from vegas but I think their local clientele is just whoever lives in Vegas/Henderson and all the California/Arizona folks who are a short plane ride away.
