Just finished having the most wonderful time at the H store in the Bellagio! They have so much inventory I wouldn't even know where to begin! I bought a twilly, h bracelet, revelrie, and scarf hanging kit. Kevin helped me and was so great- I highly recommend him!

Glad that you found what you're looking for at the Bellagio. It is a great store indeed. When I was there last week, they have several Picotins, a Bolide, several GPs and an Evelyne and SO Kelly. Did you see other bags ?

I am usually a lurker, but thought I'd share my experience. My husband and I have a vacation home in Las Vegas and I mostly go to the H in Encore. They're super nice and are helpful in answering questions, but every time I pay (I usually come out with scarves and enamel bracelets), they ask if I'm in the system. And I've been there a handful of times and have filled out the information card at least twice...they say I'm not in there. Kind of upsetting that I spend thousands of dollars and I can't even make it into their system. Maybe i'll try the Bellagio.

I understand your frustration! I dont have a local store so I buy stuff when I travel and it seems like half the stuff I buy ends up in the system so when a store looks up my history in hopes of getting a bag and fail.

Same! My home store used to be H SCP and it only took, I kid you not, for me to buy ONE twilly and I was in the system. I guess H Encore doesn't have the same system, otherwise they would have been able to find me. I'll never be offered a B or a K at this rate. 😔

So I've been reading comments on the Paris thread about how stock will be low in August due to the craftsmen's holiday. Will this have an effect on all stores (ie Vegas stores)?? We're going Labor Day weekend, and though I'm not hunting for bags really, I am hoping to snatch up some other goodies. But now I'm concerned ... Thoughts?

I don't think the system is just per store... I think certain stores may track what you buy specifically from them but the system and your information should be for all the stores. I say this because I've never bought from Bellagio before and they were able to look me up. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong though!?

^ no it's not per store, but I don't think they all have the same system...I think the privately owned stores are different and I'm not particularly sure if Encore is corporate or privately owned.

Went to the Bellagio just 2 days ago and there were several Picotin on display, a lindy, an exotic toolbag in 20 and a blue lin in 33. There were also several garden party, bolide and double sens. Unfortunately, my knowledge of H bags are limited so I can't remember all the colors, except for the toolbag which I specifically inquired about.

The Wynn branch had Evelyne and more accessories on display. I was unable to go to the Crystals store due to lack of time.

The general consensus is that Bellagio SAs are nicer but I have to disagree. I've gone there 3x and my experiences have been the same. They were incredibly standoffish and made me feel like they were doing me a favor by selling me something and when I asked about putting my name on the system (after making purchases), the SA frankly retorted in the lines of that they will only do so or care about me as a customer if I am a VIP.

This was the complete opposite of how I was treated at the Wynn, where the manager and SAs took the time to explain the history of each item and even meticulously took notes of my preferences.
