I'm crushed that US doesn't have Lancel. I asked my mother in law to check out the Lancel in Philippines for me and she just balled how lovely they looked. Unfortunately, the selections is slim-pickings. You get whatever is on display or sometimes they may get a few shipments here and there.

Since the snafu with Miu Miu, I never ever get a display bag. I don't want to spend so much money on a bag that's been man-handled by the entire brigade.

So, if anyone, anyone knows when or how I can get one in the US, please reply or PM me. Thanks!

I just found out that I may be going to Paris in 2 months and I've been wanting to get a Lancel Flirt purse for the longest time but I can never find the price for these purses can someone please tell me? And if anyone knows anything about the Lancel outlet in Paris? Do they have good deals?

Ladies, help! I have Elsa about 10y old, made of canvas with plastic points - thi special Lancel material. And the material began to destroy in last year, the points scraped in many places and it continues... I wrote to Lacel, they replied that it is "normal" in older bag and it isn´t possible to stop it.
Somebody knows what can help?

Unless you are getting it from a reseller, I don't believe they have authorized dealers in the U.S. - at least, never found one. I love Lancel - very French-chic and I have two of their purses - the Brigitte Bardot and the French Flair. I got them both in Paris, and I have had them for about 4 years now. They are still in great shape and I do not baby them at all.

I bought my Lancel on a trip to Paris in February, 2008. I purchased it at the Lancel store on 8 Place de l'Opera during the Soldes. I love the quality of Lancel. These are pics I took the last time I carried it. It's held up well, inside and out, but I honestly don't carry it as much as I was hoping because it's a heavy bag. Even when it's empty you can feel the weight of it.

I remember years ago (not sure how far back) Nordstrom used to sell Lancel wallets. I don't think you can purchase Lancel in the U.S. currently.

After looking at the link Elliespurse attached of the previous thread, I see a couple of bags I wish I could get!

I found a Lancel in a thrift store yesterday and I am trying to figure out how to authenticate it. The style looks 1990s/early 2000s to me. For some reason I can't post pictures from my phone so I will do so when I get home. Any tips anyone has would be appreciated. I live in USA.

Great bag! I dont know what size do you mean as "crossbody", there are two small bags in this collection. The prices (in France) are:
big 1.290€
medium 1.090€
