Right. And isn't this the definition of "skanky"? It is to me. Kylie is a pretty girl but the extensions are 6 inches too long, the hair color a couple shades too dark, the makeup too heavy, the clothes too tight. If this whole look was bought at the mall and was on some average 16 year old, we would all be horrified. The only things that save her from looking completely absurd are the cost/quality of it all and her very naturally pretty face.

ITA. She used to be such a cute, pretty girl. She still is but it's the outer trappings, all the things you mentioned including the skanky clothes and overdone makeup. It just looks like she's trying too hard to be sexy.

Agreed. And I totally get that the age of 16-21 is the golden time to get your style freak on. But a little moderation would go a long way. Want Rapunzel length extensions? Cool, but not in jet black or platinum blond. Want to wear 6" stilettos and a cutout dress? Okay, but lay off the makeup. I guess, though, that just because she is loaded doesn't mean she is any different than any other 16 year old who has yet to learn the art of subtlety.

I can't say I blame her though... I think I have said before that I, too, liked wearing clothing that was too small at her age. I didn't look particularly subtle. Maybe she will realize this in the future..?

Her b-day outfit is cute minus the shoes. I'd a prefer a pump, those booties are ugly.

Eta: I have to say that it bothers me to see people calling a 16 yr old a skank or referring to her as skanky. Call me sensitive but it makes me feel some type of way :hrmm: It's just so unnecessary, imo.

Interesting you mention that because Kim just posted a video on twitter of Pia singing and Kanye and Drake just happened to be in the same room. I would not be surprised if she's using Kylie's fame and connections to jump start her singing career.

Is this most teens today? IG is their life, they don't have paps following them around but sure mimic it with the amount of pics they take of themselves and others, etc. To me, they're as normal as any other teen in America.
