Thank you my dearest! I would be devastated if this one smells too! But now I find it difficult open when I put a lot of cards and mobile phone in. Is this normal? The BI seems to be easier to open with the same content. Am I being too picky?

Anybody else would like to chime in on the opening of this wallet?

I love your RC wallet! It's the perfect red. Great idea with the straps.

I'm eyeing one right now with white stitching but haven't decided to take the plunge because the seller is in Japan and I worry about custom fees when it comes to the US. I'm going to Boston later this month and hope a boutique there may have one in stock (although I'm so banned right now).

Thank you dear! Just to clarify, I bought two KW at the same time. The bougainvillier does NOT smell. It's the blue izmir that smells a faint smell when heated up.

I hope the smell goes away soon. We pay so much for H items, you'd think they'll be smell-free and if it were to smell it should smell like roses.

I don't think the smell will go away. I am taking the BI back to H for a refund.

Hope you find something else soon. The bougainville is gorgeous! We rarely get any wallets at my local boutique. I hope I'll have a better luck in Hawaii later this year.
